They deserve a ZERO - FAKE MERCHANDISE
Based in China with no mention of this on their website. Ordered a limited edition Stanley quencher (same price as in US), paid for expedited shipping in December. After my shipment was lost, I requested a refund, since this was well after Christmas. I was told I could receive 20% off a future purchase, which is nonsense. Item was shipped out again and received Received in early February. Not a Stanley, no trademarks or logo anywhere on bottle, unlike the picture on their website. Customer Service says they will refund my money 50%. I would have to pay for return shipping TO CHINA. submitted complaint to BBB, which company never responded to so BBB closed my complaint. Complete and utter scam! Their US contact number listed on their site doesn't even work.
