Wild Earth had the specific Hiking Umbrella the I needed and were able to fulfil my order straight away. They then shipped it, interstate to WA, the next day with it arriving within the week. Thank you for a very efficient service.

Customer service in store is fantastic. I've been a long term customer and in my 20+ visits never had a negative experience. Great sales that match and sometimes beat the sales of the brands they sell. My only feedback for their online story is that sometimes their sales/clearance section is littered with items that are only a few dollars off retail.
