Miete am Flughafen Palma de Mallorca: alles hat bestens geklappt ohne Verzögerung Einziges Verbesserungspotential: den Warteplatz beim Flughafen besser kennzeichnen, damit man weiss, wo man für welche Mietauto-Firma anstehen muss. Der Sammelplatz ist für alle gleich. Das führt zu Chaos. Das Auto war in sehr gutem Zustand.

En el aeropuerto tardaron muchísimo en recogernos porque sólo había 1 bus que iba y venía, a la llegada a la oficina más de lo mismo, tuvimos que esperarnos bastante habiendo hecho ya el chek in por online. Solo había un chico para entregar y lleno de clientes, tenían que ir a buscar coches porque no tenían! La verdad que perdimos bastante tiempo hasta que por fin nos dieron el coche! Como puede ser que en pleno julio solo haya una persona para atender! Desde las 9 que teníamos el alquiler nos lo entregaron a las 11h! La próxima vez me lo pensaré mucho para volver a alquilar con vosotros!

Très mauvais accueil
Très mauvais accueil, nous sommes tombé sur une personne désagréable qui montrait bien qu elle était "soûlée " quand on ne comprenait pas de suite ce qu elle disait (en Espagnol), elle insistait sur le faite que la caution était retirée puis remboursée alors que non la caution est gelée. Aucune explication sur le retour de la voiture. Attention à bien prendre les photos de TOUTES les moindres rayures même sur le plastique intérieur du coffre car ils cherchent tout pour récupérer la caution, la personne a tourné 20 min pour trouver quelque chose à dire. Le seul point positif est le service de navette vers l aéroport.

Como siempre, sois los mejores, en calidad, precios, trato con los clientes y, todo ello, a pesar de las malas formas de muchos clientes que no tienen paciencia y de la cantidad de gente que se acumula en vuestra oficina (por algo será, todos queremos a los mejores), siempre estáis más que a la altura y nunca perdéis la paciencia ni la sonrisa. My car rental reservation was cancelled because I live in Spain
I live in Spain. I reserved a car from this company. I informed them, that I don't need the transportation from the airport to their office and I will come to there by myself. After 2 days, my reservation was suddenly cancelled, because I did not have any flight number give them. I thought that this must be some misunderstanding, but no. I was told, that THEY DON'T RENT cars to people, who live here. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE before I started to waste hours for nothing with this company's website, emails and calls. They said to me, that this was mentioned on the contract also. However, I was able to provide my Spanish address details for my reservation on their website. At this point, at the latest, I should have been informed that I could not rent a car from them, because my address is in Spain. This makes me wonder, what could be a reason for this? Why they only rent the cars for tourists? Luckily I managed to get a car from another company just less than 2 days before we needed a car.

Super prise en charge de la part de l’entreprise. Navette à disposition à l’aéroport pour nous emmener sur le lieux de location et inversement au retour. Voiture conforme à la description. Prenez le mode all inclusive, il est vraiment rentable et s’il vous arrive quelque chose tout est pris en charge par la compagnie. Très honnêtes.
