I used the self collection box which…
I used the self collection box which was super quick and handy, the car was filled up with gas ready to go, I filled the car back up at the gas station next to the collection/drop off zone as like for like with fuel, handing the keys back and check over was nice and quick. Good service, great for money and good transfers to the airport, literally 5 mins or less on the shuttle van.

Tanto a la hora de llevarnos desde el aeropuerto hasta donde recogimos el coche, como viceversa ha sido el trato estupendo y el vehículo super limpio, nuevísimo y todo super bien, inclusive la silla de la niña. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Flughafen/ Abholung und Zustellung Katastrophe
Fahrzeug in Ordnung und relativ neu und preiswert Allerdings bei der Abholung am Flughafen müssten sich alle Personen in der der prallen Sonne aufstellen und eine halbe Stunde warten. Bei Rückgabe steht man bei 34Grad in der Hitze und musste wieder 30 Minuten warten. Das haben wir bei anderen Autovermietungen nie erlebt. Service leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Office opens from 7 AM :-(
Both the rental and return went smoothly, good work organization, rental system and services at a high level. The only problem we had was with the possibility of returning before 7 AM, because our flight departed at 6 and the office only opens from 7 o'clock. We therefore had to return the car a day earlier and rent an additional car for one day from the competing RecordGo office.
