Bought a navy sweatshirt and shorts for my daughter. The sweatshirt is hand wash only and the color of the sweatshirt had awful streaks of red all over. The integrity of the short’s color was intact. Both were washed in the same load with mild detergent and then dried. I contacted customer service for a return. Customer service told me it was my fault because it’s hand wash only! Creating an oversized sweatshirt that mandates hand washing is pretty stupid. I can see intimates or a fancy top. They don’t really don’t make the buyer aware of handwashing, this is absolutely out of the norm for a sweatshirt. Buyer beware! This is my first and last purchase from White Fox! To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, can you please confirm exactly how this item has been washed and dried? This way I can best assist with your fault. Once we’ve received that, we’ll be able to assist you further with your concern. Response #2: I can see from your email correspondence that the care instructions for the garment were not followed. Unfortunately, the care label of this garment states "cold hand wash only"! If the care instructions were not followed when washing the garment, we are unable to offer any sort of compensation for the item. The care instructions are sewn into the garment's interior. We apologise for any inconvenience!

I ordered a dress and I had to return it due to ordering it in the wrong size. After I reordered it in the right size the return process was really simple and I love the dress!! Thanks white fox!!

I ordered a dress on 28th July which I still have not received. Customer service have concluded Royal Mail have lost the parcel. I was offered a replacement item to be sent out but then told the dress is unfortunately out of stock. I asked for a refund instead and White Fox are refusing to give me my money back and have given me store credit instead. I now don’t have my money or an item and have £57 sat in my white fox account that I can’t have back. Even if I order another item and return that it will be refunded to store credit. Surely this is theft? They have told me there is nothing further they can do and this is their “policy on lost parcels”. Do not order from this company!

My experience was great! I accidentally forgot to put my correct shipping address and the team got back to in a timely manner and they were very nice once I emailed them about that.

I have included the wrong address by mistake and when I have sent them a request to change it, they responded promptly within an hour or two and remedied the situation

I bought a hoody as a birthday present for my daughter and she got two. I then tried to return it and you only get 14 days to return. I of course had just overran this deadline by a few days, easily done on present purchases. I've written to appeal but the answer is no refund. How unsympathetic on a jumper they still stock. Won't be buying anything from them again. Guy

This was my first time ordering from White Fox and wow, so disappointing. I bought two dresses in medium. I am usually a size 10. Both dresses were so short they barely covered by butt, and one was a really scratchy uncomfortable material. I'm thinking... well, definitely never shopping here again, but at least I can return them... Then I saw the returns policy. Firstly, discovered you can't return sale items, so even though one dress was only $10 off full price, I couldn't return it. Secondly, although I could return the full price dress, I find out I can only get store credit (and, just for an extra kicker, MINUS $10 what I paid as a "returns fee"). Already pledged never to shop there again so no use to me. Genuinely haven't seen such an archaic returns policy in years, so no I didn't read it in advance, just assumed I had, you know, consumer rights? I just spent a hundred bucks on two dresses I'll never wear. Genuinely shocked I just got so ripped off.

I received a complete response with the issue fixed in no time at all.

The white fox team is wonderful to work with! Very respectful and kind. Also I adore their clothing so much!!
