The clothes are absolutely adorable, but their return policy is the worst policy I have ever seen. For clothes as expensive as they are, they do not allow for refunds but rather offer store credit unless the item you received was defective or the wrong item. You will not get your money back if you change your mind on an item or need a different size. I will likely never shop here again for that reason alone once “credits” are gone especially when shopping online, refunds are crucial since you don’t know how clothes will fit or look on you. Only getting 1 star the clothes are cute, although very pricey, not worth the money, especially because you’ll never see it again if you don’t like what you received. I returned items over a week ago and just got the store credit today, so if you are in a time crunch, I suggest looking elsewhere because I had to spend more just to get the same items in a different size on time for a trip. I have a handful of items to return from different order numbers, we’ll see if they allow me to return all items under one shipping label considering you also have to pay for that as well (I have a suspicion the answer will be no 😊)!!

Absolutely awful customer service. I raised an issue on the 15th August and someone got back to me right away requesting further details which I provided almost immediately. I knew the positive helpful reply was too good to be true as since the 18th August all response has disappeared, I have contacted them through an online chat, social media, even email and yet still no response! I am now left at a dead end fighting for customer service to acknowledge my reply. I was told by Alexis my order will be sent out if i proceed how I want this to go ahead, I replied that very same day and since heard nothing.

The customer service was very helpful in my case and responded quickly. There were some obstacles since they are located in another area but they resolved the problem at hand!

Absolutely terrible, I purchased pants that were clearly not the right size nor colour, I was told that it’s the buyers fault and there is no compensation, I bought again 3 times 4 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived, I emailed white fox and nothing but excuses, they rip people off more money then any other clothing brand! I don’t recommend buying from this website if you want decent experience shopping, I purchased a tracksuit set in two different colours, one came faulty and one did not I tried to return and I was told it’s wear and tear when I didn’t even wear the garments. This website is such a scam, you don’t even get to speak to real people half the time it’s just AI and the outcome is never a compromise even when the company is at fault.

Awful service. They take ages to get back to customers. Returned an item due to size issues but they refused to refund cash and gave a voucher instead. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again.

This company is just a mistake to deal with, I bought some clothes for my daughter and 3 minutes later I realized that I bought the wrong item so I call the company and send an email to ask to cancel. Then they told me that we’re unable to cancel because it was already being processed, after 3 minutes? This is the kind of business that make money sending their product even if the customer doesn’t want it. Forcing a sale anyway and then just offering store credit instead of a refund if you don’t like it. If You don’t want to deal with something like this dont even think to make business with them.

White Fox did a really good job—the quality was great and everything felt well-made. I was really happy with it and would definitely recommend them.
