I have been using Western Union for…

I have been using Western Union for many years, and I had never have any problem. However, I on 8/18/2025 I went to pick up the money that my wife sent me while I was on vacations in Burundi ( Africa ) and I was given one old bill of US $ 100. When I reported this incident to Western Union, they could not assist me and now I just lost $ 100. So, when it comes to credibility and dependability, Western Union has nothing. I won't recommend Western Union to anyone based on their poor dependability.
