£15 to clean just the cab in a small caddy van is a joke.

Very disappointed today. Booked for Gold service (inside and outside cleaning) at Waves Winchester, and even mentioned to the attendant that I wanted it properly cleaned as I am selling the car. Despite this conversation there were loads of areas missed, dirt and grit left in front seats, glove box, central console, visible dust on/around rear headrests. I had to spend over an hour getting it clean to a standard that a second-hand buyer would expect. We have used Waves many times but I'm afraid after today's experience we won't be coming back.

I had a terrible experience with this company, they took my money without delivering on there promise services and refused to provide any refunds. They were extremely unhelpful, and unprofessional, not recommended this company to anyone.

Wow, wow, wow, WOW! I took my Range Rover to the guys at Tesco in Southampton and driving in I didn’t think it would have even been POSSIBLE for my car to be that clean again. I have a dog, regularly travel with kids and camp all the time. It was terrible! But they did SUCH an amazing job. They shampooed my leather seats, washed my floor mats and they must have some sort of magic hoover because my goodness- It looks brand new. Can not recommend enough! I will be going back (probably very soon knowing us lot) Thank you 🙏🏼

Waves car wash Bar Hill! Excellent, opted for the gold, Inside and out. Excellent job, Everytime. Myself and my dad will not go anywhere else for our cars to be cleaned. Best car wash around. thank you

Brilliant. My car had moss and algae on it. Went for the full monty and really impressed. Tesco Sidcup waves did a very good job. Also a good price compared to others around London. ++++

Car interior was very dirty when handed over to waves, so opted for £70 "gold" wash. They did a good job hoovering the interior but a poor job cleaning it. For the interior, half of the dash wasn't cleaned (still dusty), door card pockets were still dirty, door sills weren't cleaned, still marks on inside of glass and on door trim. For the exterior, the front of the car still had lots of insects on it, otherwise it was not a fantastic clean, worse than I could have done myself at home with basic equipment. For £70 I expect much better, won't be using them again.

Have to say the Waves car wash in Scunthorpe is excellent. My car was filthy inside and out, stains all over the seats and thick grime inside. Looked brand new when I picked it up.. Amazing job.

Went to Amesbury Wiltshire Waves paid £30 for wash wax and interior clean.wash ok but didn't clean interior properly didn't even lift mats paw prints left on inside of tailgate and dog hairs no attempt was made to clean boot. Spoke to foreman who was aggressive and thought the service he had provided was fine ignored the dirt on carpet paw prints and dog hair. Didn't seem the slightest bit interested in customer service.i will not use Waves again.

I tried Waves at Dereham based on a recommendation and rather wish I hadn’t! Wouldn’t say the customer service was particularly welcoming or friendly, but most of all, the ‘gold’ service was not worth the money! The back of my car has lots of water marks, there was bird poo on the side of my car before, and despite paying £25 for a gold service, it was still there afterwards!! Lots of marks still left on the inside of my car which I would’ve expected to have been cleaned. Feel like I was fobbed off being a female on my own and that no care was taken at all. Far better car washes in Norwich!!

turned up without booking this morning got the "full monty" with sterilisation package costing £85 absolutely quality job done on my car from being a right mess due to the kids and myself n passengers, left it looking like a bombsite of milkshake, sweets and spilt juice etc but came back to "show room" ready standard....VERY happy with the results and well worth the money.

Paid for wash and polish just outside of my car. My 10 years old daughter would have done of better job! Next time I rather save m9ney and spend the time to wash my car myself.

Had a £30 "Gold" wash and vacuum at Tesco, St Peters. Worcester on my peugeot 207. Unsatisfactory all round. No attention to detail, eg sides of seats near tunnel which was also left dirty. Boot not done at all. Behind pedals not cleaned. Just all poor with many shortcuts to getting a decent job. Can't give less than one star or I would. WON'T BE BACK.

Disgusting men. Whistling and jeering at us from across the car park and smiling about it. Vile behaviour and men like this should not be allowed to work around women.

They were vile. Me and my friend were Wolf whistled from across the car park. Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.

The guys at Waves Tesco Leighton Buzzard are by far the best … I have had my car cleaned by them a few times and they go above and beyond, my car is always spotless and they even clean the bottom of my boot (I have a Juke so it has a ledge over the bottom of the boot) they are always so friendly and always have a smile 😊 thanks for all you do! 5***** fantastic

Have to provide every little bit of information about yourself and create account to just book an appointment no need to go through all that at all just for the company to sell on information why can it not be easier

Waves car wash at Tesco extra Shrewsbury gave the worst service possible. Quoted us £25 and then charged us £35. We left a roll of expensive card in the car and asked them to be extra careful with it (it was being used for a wedding sign) and when we returned they had flattened it. They denied they had done it and refused to admit anything. Don’t go there - rip off and terrible service.

Failed to clean wheels in 3 visits failed to hoover boot failed to treat the pladtic trim on door only treated thee quarters of the tyre.
