I've been on Wave for two months

I've been on Wave for two months, and they've not really offered much better than my last provider. I've had over 75 outages since I joined (compared to my last provider, where I had one or two before I got some signal boosting equipment), and while the signal started out roughly the same as said provider, it's since got much worse, with my video players not playing, even if they have the bandwidth to do so and streaming services buffering,e ven on a strong connection.

Been with for a 4 years now

Been with WAVE for 4 years now, and like anything you have general teething problems but overall receive a good WiFi service especially with a second router, P2P and many devices on the network. The main point is the service is exceptional from all at Wave, the owner has exceptional knowledge and only a phone call away and the team are very helpful with any technical issues that are expected. They even helped with a camera issue which was very helpful. Highly recommended *****

Waste of space, don’t know how they’re still going.

Had wave for a few years now, was ok at first but past couple of years nothing but problems, if it’s not cutting out it’s unbearably slow, customer service is none existent, complete waste of time, AVOID, use starlink if you need rural broadband.

Gone downhill fast!

Always worked well, up until recently when it keeps dropping out. Recently it won't come back online even after powering off etc as previously recommended. Tried to call but no answer. Sent two emails to support with no response. I have been left with no choice but to disconnect their equipment and buy a mobile router so that we have Internet. I am wondering if they are even still in business! Edit; Their reply is a load of nonsense. I did email in. I hadn't removed cables and installed them incorrectly either. Just to add, my customers regularly contact us out of hours and if they have no heating I'll do everything I can to get it back up and running for them!

Sceptical but proved wrong

As a business owner I am completely reliant on the internet for my work. Where I live is extremely remote and I’ve massively struggled in the past. I am always skeptics about broadband companies as they’re always seems to be hidden fees but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I am not in any way “techy” so didn’t understand the difference between cables and fibre but the guys were really patient and answered my rather blonde questions haha. I rarely write reviews but felt it was my duty to share in case any other young business owners needed a little extra guidance when choosing wave!

A new era of TV & communication is available to us

Wave Internet suddenly became available to us & we couldn't be more impressed with their efficient service - staying late on a Friday to get the job done! We now have internet speed of 30mg, compared to the 1.2mg (max!) offering we had before from BT. We've also been able to cancel our monthly Sky subscription as previously, due to our location, it was the only way we could watch TV. Often we work from home, so internet is a high priority for us, it's a great relief that we can get on with our job. We highly recommend Wave Internet.

Best customer experience I have EVER had with a service provider. BT, Sky and many more could learn a lot from Wave Internet. Cannot fault them in any way and unreservedly recommend Wave Internet.

Superb local Company with brilliant service and support

I have been with Wave since the beginning. My former BT internet and phone line was highly unreliable and any issues highlighted took weeks to address. Wave are the complete opposite, nothing is too much trouble and the internet reliability absolutely fantastic - big thanks to Wave!
