Gone downhill fast!
Always worked well, up until recently when it keeps dropping out. Recently it won't come back online even after powering off etc as previously recommended. Tried to call but no answer. Sent two emails to support with no response. I have been left with no choice but to disconnect their equipment and buy a mobile router so that we have Internet. I am wondering if they are even still in business! Edit; Their reply is a load of nonsense. I did email in. I hadn't removed cables and installed them incorrectly either. Just to add, my customers regularly contact us out of hours and if they have no heating I'll do everything I can to get it back up and running for them!
