I've been on Wave for two months
I've been on Wave for two months, and they've not really offered much better than my last provider. I've had over 75 outages since I joined (compared to my last provider, where I had one or two before I got some signal boosting equipment), and while the signal started out roughly the same as said provider, it's since got much worse, with my video players not playing, even if they have the bandwidth to do so and streaming services buffering,e ven on a strong connection.
Been with for a 4 years now
Been with WAVE for 4 years now, and like anything you have general teething problems but overall receive a good WiFi service especially with a second router, P2P and many devices on the network. The main point is the service is exceptional from all at Wave, the owner has exceptional knowledge and only a phone call away and the team are very helpful with any technical issues that are expected. They even helped with a camera issue which was very helpful. Highly recommended *****
Waste of space, don’t know how they’re still going.
Had wave for a few years now, was ok at first but past couple of years nothing but problems, if it’s not cutting out it’s unbearably slow, customer service is none existent, complete waste of time, AVOID, use starlink if you need rural broadband.
Gone downhill fast!
Always worked well, up until recently when it keeps dropping out. Recently it won't come back online even after powering off etc as previously recommended. Tried to call but no answer. Sent two emails to support with no response. I have been left with no choice but to disconnect their equipment and buy a mobile router so that we have Internet. I am wondering if they are even still in business!
Edit; Their reply is a load of nonsense. I did email in. I hadn't removed cables and installed them incorrectly either. Just to add, my customers regularly contact us out of hours and if they have no heating I'll do everything I can to get it back up and running for them!
