Very quick phone answering and grasped the matter. Felt confident the advisor Lyndsay genuinely wanted to solve the problem and knew how to get it done. Very best phone manner I have experienced. I made a call the previous day answered by Leo who was also excellent for the same reasons

Godswill was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue I had with their system. Unfortunately, my experience with a previous agent was not as positive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Poor customer service over the phone, much better online

Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case. Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.

Great customer service

I was trying to transfer responsibilities for our water account, first Hannah and then Angela were really helpful and friendly. Even one of my colleagues who could hear the conversation remarked on how friendly and helpful Angela was. I am now all set up and I’m really happy with the customer service received

Highly Recommend

I had just taken on a new property which transpired was with Wave after being passed around a few different bodies. I finally found out Wave was the supplier and spoke to Joane who was the most helpful operator I have had in many years and I have spoken to many for the 12 properties I deal with. She made the transfer process very simple, was knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that everything was covered including ensuring the previous tenants debt and details did not inflict our account. Was a refreshing call as did not feel rushed or just another person to deal with. Very personable. Highly recommend Wave

Fabulous Customer Service

John was extremely helpful in helping me identify when a leak started at our club premises and that it is still ongoing, even though we thought it has been sorted. He took the time to look back at last years usage, and compare it to this years as we do not operate over the winter period and the leak started in April. He was very thorough, explained things fully and sent me information which would help us on how to go about identifying where the leak might be.
