Delivered to wrong address. However, once Waterside were aware of this they responded immediately, over the weekend, to discover what had gone wrong and to apologise. Their real concern, and speedy response is appreciated at a time when many companies behave badly.

After finding wine on website which was really easy to do , placed order and paid for wine. Had email to say order received. Few days later had another email to say wine had been shipped. Had message from courier telling me when and approximate time of delivery. Delivery arrived. Sturdy box and very well packaged. Will definetly use company again!.
