Such a warm and welcoming practice from the reception team to the dentists. My children are not apprehensive about any dental check ups thanks to Nisha’s calm and positive approach.

I found the practice very welcoming from reception staff through to surgery. There was no rush and my questions were answered. I really enjoyed my experience as I was a very nervous patient.

Son went for an emergency appointment. Received poor service along with a rude response from the dentist. Was informed in the appointment that my son was no longer an NHS patient due to not booking any appointments within 2 years. This was done without any written notification or clear guidance of this policy. My son ended up with an infection as the tooth was not cleaned out and subsequently had to visit another dentist for antibiotics. I have been with this dentist as a private patient for over 30 years and sadly now would not recommend to others due to this.

I have been with the practice since 1981...renamed several times. I find the staff professional, friendly and helpful whenever I have sought advice. I trust Watermead, would recommend them and long may I be able to continue in their care.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 yrs. During this time I have always received an excellent all round service from the front desk to the dentist and hygienist. Unless I move area I would never go anywhere else.

Always 5 stars. I see Mandy for my hygienist appt every six months. Fab service.very pleasant to chat to.always makes me feel so relaxed. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Dental nurses Fab too.

Nisha and Sarah are fantastic with my little boy, he loves coming to the dentist and getting a big sticker after, reception staff are lovely and friendly too! Amazing service all round

As a new patient and a little nervous I was really impressed, time was taken to explain what would happen and to put me at ease. The dentist Liz Butters was really great and so patient as was the dental nurse who gave me a shoulder squeeze when she could see I was anxious. The reception team were also brilliant explaining what paperwork I would need to claim on my dental insurance and within a very short time I had everything I needed.

Brought my wife in who has been visiting watermead 30 years? She now has dementia and the staff were very careful with her although she wouldnt allow the staff to do a lot as with me. thank you miss butters and mandy

I made the move to Watermead in February 2023 and have not regretted my decision, in fact, I could kick myself for staying loyal for to my old dentists for over 15 years as it seems they did a really slapdash job of plaque removal. Also, I remember leaving the old place with a bleeding and sore mouth after every visit and was paying a lot more! Julie, Rushina and all the staff I have interacted with at Watermead been friendly, approachable and understanding. I no longer fret about going to the dentist, if anything I now look forward to it because I know I'm in good hands. I have found a dentists that is worth being loyal to now.

Staff at Watermead are always friendly. My dentist is very professional and explains procedures thoroughly. My hygienist is always cheerful and friendly. She also explains clearly about the best way to maintain good oral hygiene.
