Im a new client to this practice, two dental visits and a hygeinist appointment with a further dental appt in the pipeline. At this early point indications are excellent for an ongoing successful relationship. Its a professional and organised approach in a comfortable setting. Apart from my own experience I've observed a range of clients of all ages all seemingly relaxed and happy to be there.
Excellent dentist! From the minute you walk in the door you get a very warm welcome from everyone. Nisha is very thorough and makes you feel at ease with her gentle approach. Would highly recommend.

Excellent dental practise - I asked my son (7 years) what he thought about his checkup and he said ‘they were very lovely’. All the staff are friendly, professional and as someone who myself finds going to the dentist quite stressful Miss Butters is fantastic and makes you feel completely at ease.
Easy to get an appointment, friendly reception staff and Miss Butters is so good, really gentle and keeps you informed of what she is doing. I had a cosmetic procedure today, to cover up where my front teeth enamel was worn, really pleased with the results.

I’ve been coming to Watermead Dental for years also my family as a private Patient. I’ve always had bad experiences when using National Health dentists and have had a lot of unnecessary work done leaving me with the dread and fear of visiting the dentist. I pay monthly for a yearly plan which also covers the Hygienist I’ve found this so useful in preventing picking up any problems in the future. My dentist gives me so much confidence and I do enjoy my visits knowing everything is being looked at. Also the staff are so lovely. In the long run I’ve saved more money with my dental plan than a routine dental appointment once a year and finding out I need major work. Today I had a small front filling and was confident to not have a anaesthetic but it was available if needed , no pain! I can’t recommend Watermead dentist enough!!
Typical... lost a front crown just before Christmas. Got an appointment after the break and had it fixed this week. As usual, a professional experience and I can once again smile without frightening anyone!

Arriving on time doesn't guarantee being seen on time but the service otherwise is courteous, respectful and comprehensive. Explanations are clear. Treatment is carried out carefully and professionally in a scrupulously clean and comfortable environment. I never have anxieties about visiting this practice.
