Been to watermead dental today to see Jo the hygienist she is a lovely person very caring and always asks if your ok cannot fault them always very welcoming

Every member of staff goes out of their way to make sure that one is at ease and I always feel welcome whenever I visit even if it's just my six monthly check or occasionally an emergency appointment for a repair. Well done.

Promt and thorough examination. Clear explanation of the problem and costs involved. Friendly staff throughout.

just back from visit to watermead dental first visit to dentist in some years very happy with service from Nisha and all of the dental team very well looked after thanks have booked for 6 months time .

Visited for examination of a wisdom tooth causing me pain. Seen by Nisha Pattani who decided I had lost the filling and as the tooth was loose the best she could suggest was extraction. I told her to proceed and I was back in my home 30 minutes later sitting in my armchair minus the offending tooth. Thank you Nisha and Sarah you carried out your work so efficiently and way above my expectation.

The best dentist I have ever used! Liz Butters has been my dentist for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. the staff are very caring, professional and lovely people and I would highly recommend.

Always a friendly greeting from the moment you walk through the door. Great informative advice from Nisha and such a great visit with Mandy the hygienist and her assistant. I use to be scared of visiting the dentist but not anymore. They all make you feel at ease. I can highly praise all of you.

A problem with geriatric teeth prompted a call to the dentist. They were able to fit me in at VERY short notice, deal with my immediate problem and advise on future action, all in a very pleasant and efficient manner.

Another excellent hygienist visit to Julia and her lovely nurse. Both very friendly and efficient . Reception staff were welcoming and friendly as usual.

Mandi is always excellent

Started going to this practice around the summer time. Rushina has been very professional and friendly made me feel so comfortable during every visit. I was shocked how much work I needed doing thanks to a previous dentist I had been to. I’ll be glad tho when all treatment is done and I can go on to the care plan as it’s getting costly. But thank you so much 😊

Having lost a front crown over the weekend (and it was lost ---- in my digestive system) I wanted to get some treatment before the Christmas holiday. I was seen by Nisha the next day, twice, once to agree the treatment & later to fit a temporary crown. A first class service, as usual & treatment will start in the New Year.

I have been going to this dentist for a few years now. Such a friendly team that has restored my faith and got rid of my fears. My dentist is so patient and nothing is too much for her. She has fit me in when I’ve needed treatment that I’ve felt I couldn’t wait for and has still helped me to relax while making visits a pleasant one. 100 % recommended

We actually turned up on the wrong day for a family appointment. They were so good and actually squeezed us all in around other appointments. Amazing service. Thank you.
