Son went for an emergency appointment

Son went for an emergency appointment. Received poor service along with a rude response from the dentist. Was informed in the appointment that my son was no longer an NHS patient due to not booking any appointments within 2 years. This was done without any written notification or clear guidance of this policy. My son ended up with an infection as the tooth was not cleaned out and subsequently had to visit another dentist for antibiotics. I have been with this dentist as a private patient for over 30 years and sadly now would not recommend to others due to this.
