Worst customet service ever!!

i bought a watch from them and when i received it, it didn’t meet my expectations so as a normal person i wanted to return it but reaching them was literally impossible. They’re confusing and don’t even know how to handle their customer service. It was basically impossible to even make a return. I don’t advise y’all to buy from here except if you want to be disappointed. Their prices are just made to attract customers. Also if you really want to buy from here, be ready you’re gonna be paying duty fees.

Ordered a mystery MEN watch, emphasis on men, I received a ladies gold watch. Completely disappointed , as it was bought for a gift ... imagine the surprise when he unpacked it ...

Classy watches, they got my top brand - Maserati. This is my 3rd purchase from them and planning on getting more.

I honestly had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order for 3 watches and requested to price match one of them, they did not honor it because they said I already used a coupon but they never mentioned that on the website! They offered me a 10% off the total order instead since they’re not able to price match and then I requested to swap to watch along with the 10% off that they offered and that took a really long time (about two weeks) just to figure out my order! They said they will give me a store credit back for the difference but I would not like store credit and mentioned the money back to the original payment method, eventually they were able to agree to that. However, they said they would ship out the watches with a new tracking number, but it’s been a a couple business days and no reply they’re just leaving me on read! NO response to email anymore & very delayed response on their WhatsApp customer service. Now Im on the urge to take legal action! There’s a lot of patience for me to bear since fraud is on the rise I will update if any changes. They have provided me a new tracking number once it arrives I will update the review. Update: I eventually received the watches, 2 watch boxes were bent but that’s fine at this point; possibly due to shipping but watches were packaged safely. They also did provide me with the difference refund. Thank you

Where do I even start? I ordered the wrong watch by mistake and tried to get in-touch with them to cancel the order, but they just asked me to choose the replacement and they even gave me extra ring as a gift! Additionally, my package arrived less than 5 days. Great work, i've already recommended you guys to my circle.

They’re scammers, the company was in Wyoming and is closed by the government by scammers. The company is not active, they don't have an office, they don't have a phone number and they sell fake products.

Placing my order was hassle-free, and the checkout process was secure and efficient. I appreciated the variety of payment options available, making it convenient for me to complete my purchase + the shipping and delivery were prompt, and my watch arrived in excellent condition within the estimated timeframe.

I really like watches of america's great service. Lots of companies forget how important it is to communicate well with customers, but they did it well, which makes me want to keep using their service and recommend them to others.

I had an issue with my order and ordered the wrong size of jewelry. Immediately contacted support team and they were able to resolve the issue under 5 minutes! Received my jewelry on time, and after opening the package I see they added a small gift for me! love that :)

Never again. They suck with customer service and response time. I got a watch for christmas that fell apart...returned it in less than 30 days and they keep askin me dumb ass questiobs because they are scared to open the damn box i sent it back in that has the original box in it. No contact info but a damn email. What kind of business is this. NEVER AGAIN.

I received a defective broken Diesel Watch - immediately contacted and they asked me to return ( at my cost of $24) they will not refund me shipping. I returned and promptly provided tracking etc. Once they received it took another week for them to finally respond to me. I shipped the watch back to them with all original items and box, but added another box over for extra protection. Now they are giving me the run around asking why it is not in it is original box, i stated it is in its original box, i simply put it in another box for extra protection and if they opened the box they will see. 3 weeks now - no contact - no watch. Continue to ignore me. I am beyond frustrated. The only means of communication is via WhatsApp - no phone number - there is an email however no one responds.
