Good service ..timely manner

Very bad experience, I had to pay extra fees to get my watch which had never been mentionned anywhere I will NEVER buy again with Watches of America!

Very good service and amazing watches.

One thing that surprised me is how comfortable it is for everyday wear. The leather strap type molds nicely to the wrist, and the watch isn't overly bulky, making it perfect for both casual and slightly formal outfits.

I bought a watch and your return policy is the worst . I will never buy again from your page . I am not recommend to anybody to get your products .

I made an order that hasn’t been fulfilled yet. It has been over six months and I’ve requested a refund and it still hasn’t been given to me. I even offered to accept the order to be fulfilled if they were to send it again and that wasn’t even done. I’ve told them that I’ve communicated With a few agencies that would help me receive my refund, but when I try to get a hold of them it’s damn near impossible.

Bought a watch for about $130. Wore it for less than a week and the "leather" strap started peeling. Then it stopped keeping correct time(this is 10 days after I received it). Customer support suggested I go to a jeweler and get a new battery! What?! I said no, I didn't think I should have to shell out more money, for a battery, less than 2 weeks after receiving. I just wanted to return it, and be done. Their answer was to send me a new watch and tell me to keep the other. I didn't want to keep something that I didn't pay for(bc I'd have 2 watches now). Nope, they insisted. I received the new watch. Good news-still keeping time. Bad news-strap started peeling, again, almost immediately. So the watch sits on my night stand. I do not believe these watches are actual NoxBridges, I think they're a knock-off

I like the style and interchangeable concept of the bands… But both bands have deteriorated too rapidly to be able to wear them often or at all. Noxbridge is almost unresponsive to recognizing the fact that these vegan bands are so fragile. They offered a $20 discount to replace them, but after three months these bands shouldn’t have cracked so easily.

Always have a good selection. Prices are good. Delivery is always a good experience

i was extremely disappointed with the quality of the watch. the numbers inside the face fell off after two weeks of wearing and the watch band tore after 2 months.

Beautiful watch just as pictured on the website, and the price couldn't be beat by any other site I searched. I was surprised that the watch shipped from Dubai and I live in NC. The shipping was fast and the watch was in a nice sturdy case with all the paperwork. Packaged very well for the long trip. My purchase was a women's Michael Kors watch. I would not hesitate to purchase from Watches of America in the future.

This company is a joke. They don't respond and now my 30 days is past due for a defective watch. Their return policy is a shady. Don't buy from this company. What an awful experience.

They promise authentic products. Bought some Nixon watches that were VERY fake. Had a local retailer verify that they are fake. I have emailed this company 3 times in the last month with zero responses. This is a scam website. Don't be a fool like I was. Edit: The reply from them that you see here is absolutely B.S.!!! Here it is a year later and instead of them replying to my email, they write this lie. I eventually took the watches to 2 shops to try and sell them and neither of them would purchase these watches, not even for $20 for all 3. I gave them to a friend's kid.

since we are buying online, it is very important to be able to return an item, especially if it wasn't even taken out of the package, since it's hard to tell what they look like on each person.

Do not buy watches from these dirt bags. They are selling fake watches. When you call them out on the authenticity of the watch, they completely ignore you.I even sent them pics proving it is fake. Nixon 51-30
