I live in Huddersfield and I don’t have 5G coverage. I only get 4G with Voxi, but it’s not real 4G — their connection doesn’t meet proper 4G standards. Most of the time, especially during peak hours, speeds drop as low as 400 Kbps, and at best never exceed 3 Mbps. The only time the speed gets closer to real 4G standards is after midnight. The connection is completely unstable, with frequent disconnections. In short, it’s a disaster. Customer service is just as disappointing: the replies are mechanical, repetitive, and sometimes completely unrelated to the issue. It honestly feels like you’re talking to an AI. They waste time by asking you to repeat the same information you already gave at the start of the chat. Then the answers are the same broken scripts: “What’s your phone brand? Restart your phone. Check your settings. We’re working on the issue, try again in a few days...” It really seems like they have no intention of properly investing in their network, especially outside major cities.

Ordered my new sim and was eager to join... The sim takes days to arrive so I bought one instead but voxi WOULD NOT LET ME TOP UP. My first ever time and I could not get topped up so what does that say about the future with these clowns? They can't even secure a new customer 😑 I have known these scammers to take money and not provide the balance. Very unlikely il be signing up with these now.

Been a user with Voxi for many years.Good coverage. Good plan and good value. But the friends with benefit referral scheme was a scam. They lure you to bring in friends. ( I referred my partner and my sister) but they cancelled my reward without me knowing. When approach them with this issue. They use many excuses and refuse to sort it out and ultimately saying the referral was not valid even though everything was done according to their terms. Beware !

The support system of voxi is extremely poor! There is no way to contact with them except messenger and bla bla bla. On messenger they reply after 1 hour then you provide what they need and they disappear for one hour again. For a simple matter they will response to you after 1 hour 2 hours! This is such poor customer service! I did not even want to give 1 star because their customer service is extremely poor!

Been with voxi for 2 years now and I'm still very happy with everything voxi provides,I've never had an issue with my signal as voxi is run and owned by Vodafone,indeed I'd even say my signal has improved since Vodafone now own 51% of Three ,I get 140 GB a month, unlimited video data,unlimited text and minutes, it's an absolute bargain, it's just a shame that Voxi don't do data roll over.But other than that I'd say Voxi is 5 star service all round and I'd happily recommend Voxi to anyone.

Shocking web chat, nobody seems to understand what the issue is and just pass me from pillar to post. Tried to make a complaint and they just cut me off.

Signed up, told to log in to my account to activate my sim. On login I get "To pass security, we’ll text you a one-time passcode (OTP). Please enter this code below." As the card isn't active and I don't have a number how is that supposed to work Voxi? Same with Vodafone, text OTP are really not secure, please stop it.

I have been using Voxi since 2019, Never had any problems. Unlimited social media, Vodafone’s Coverage and no contract. You simply can’t get any better deal than this. There are No 5G speed Cap or limit. My 5G experience has been amazing faster than my home Wi-Fi and it’s been consistent. Network coverage is great though it could be better but since they have merged with Three Im guessing it will keep getting better..

I’m extremely satisfied with Voxi – honestly, they’re amazing. After comparing all the mobile companies, Voxi clearly offers the best and most affordable data plans. Their support is also outstanding – the online chat makes it super easy to solve any issue, and they are always responsive and helpful. I even found their mobile phone prices better than other websites. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Bought the 15 day European pass. Money taken from bank account twice. I contacted Voxi through Facebook messenger who told me that as the payment is pending it will come back into my account. He asked if the pass was working to which I said I was still in the UK as the time and would let him know once I landed. Pass was not working and not even showing on my account. So I assumed something had gone wrong and bought another one. I could see this showing on my Voxi account but still had no internet or network connection. Googled it and followed all the advice I read but still nothing. Went back to Voxi on messenger and explained everything but received no reply. Checked my account and there is no pass showing! Cut a long story short I have now purchased 4 passes none of which are working and keep disappearing. I have messaged Voxi numerous times with no response so am now stranded in my accommodation connected to the WiFi as I cannot go out with no sat nav or telephone service. Disgusting service. I will now be leaving Voxi and finding a better provider!!!

Porting a Vodafone number to Voxi was just too painful. Voxi website says speak to a Vodafone agent. Voda agent told me to webchat with Voxi. Voxi asked me for my account details for security reasons. Naturally, I assume they are talking about Voxi account details - like EVERY customer service agent that has EVER gone through security with me, I assume they are asking about their own company's account info not another company's. Became very confusing when they said my details didn't match. It turned out they were asking me for my Vodafone details. I know they're related companies but that still made no sense (esp when it all started with Voxi telling me to talk to Voda agents and vice versa). Anyone, after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, I gave up and decided if I can't port, I'll leave Voxi. Even leaving is very unclear. At one point, I was trying to get clarity as to whether stopping a plan means the account is actually closed and getting to the answer was like pulling teeth.

⸻ Friends, please don’t lock your phone with this company and don’t get their SIM card. It doesn’t work anywhere. In a country like the UK, it feels like we’re living in Africa — there’s no signal anywhere, the internet is very slow. Every month they just take your money, and all you get is an active line, nothing else. Please don’t buy their products, especially not Voxi from Vodafone. Don’t get it.

Can barely use data, always on edge and expensive roaming addons so avoid. Half time cannot login either and need constant data when paying for it

I've been with them for years, however, as soon as you need to log in to their site it's a problem. For the last 5 years I was using incognito window, but now even that doesn't work, even though my log in details have not changed. Customer support is frustrating to understand when English is not their first language and all attempts to reset my account failed. It's 2025, how can this be such a problem to log into your account. I'm not alone in this frustration!

With reference to my previous review, the reply from Voxi was unhelpful as I don't use Facebook or X. All I want to do is log into my account so I can buy some roaming data for when I'm on holiday next month but as I can't log into my account I can't do that.
