The people I talked to on the phone were very curtious . They explained how things would work and answered any questions that I had. They tow company that picked up my vehicle were also very pleasant and on time. I had a very good experience with vehicles for veterans. So glad I could help out men and women that served our country.

They called me like a collection agent once I put my information in. I told them give me a few days to get some information and plan a pick up time. I would not wish this on anyone. I was trying to do a good thing and I did give them my car but after I was harassed and treated like an ex girlfriend stalking me they got it....unbelieveable...and would never use again. Update my review because you said "we must expresss our dismay at the characterization of our interactions with donors". You called me starting the next day I submitted my interests in donating a car at 8:04AM. Even though I said I preferred to be emailed. You left a message. You called again at 9:17 AM and left a message. You called again that 1st day at 11:27AM and left a message. I also got 2 emails. I responded to the email that I am busy and will get to the details within a few days. I got 2 phone calls in the morning the next day and another email. I responded to that email that I needed a few days. I got 2 calls the next day. All from different people. I called and complained and told them to stop harassing me. The next day nothing and the day after 2 more calls. Instead of writing a response stating you are investigating just look at the call log. Because when I called the person answering was well aware of how many calls were going out as they said it was not them but they saw the history. Total harassment and a joke of a response. It only shows everything I stated is true.

Made the process easy. Staff was accessible and answered all my questions.
