Donating was easy and I got $650 to deduct from my taxes next year! Not only is this for a fantastic cause, but the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule to set up my car's pickup. I cannot recommend this program enough.

We had to keep calling about getting the car picked up. Took about 2 weeks. Have not received the follow up letter after the car is auctioned.
