I called their number. Told them what I wanted to donate. We set up a time for them to come get the car. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and appreciative! The man who came to tow my car was very nice and let me tell him about all the extras I had in the car, like oil filter, air filter, cabin air filter, windshield wipers, the tent that belonged to the Aztek, etc. I loved this car for 23 yrs., so I was glad everyone was s nice, because it was so painful for me!

All the representatives for the organization, from the over the phone donation to the tow company rep that picked up my vehicle, were all very polite and professional. There were a couple weeks of quiet time where I didn't know what the status and I was had not received any documentation. It is unsettling to sign off on a title and to have your vehicle picked up without any receipt. I would recommend that there would be something provided for peace of mind for the donating party. However, 2 or 3 months later, I did receive communication following the auction sale. But the process could be more clearly defined.
