It was very easy to do. The site gave us all the information that was needed and the process was so easy! Also we know we are helping a great organization.

EASY PEASY! U don’t have to deal with strangers coming over, test driving ur car, & wondering if check will clear. AND …ur doing something good for our Veterans!

I went online and filled out the donation documents. Within 2 hours they called, I was unavailable so they left a message. I tried calling back 3 times and didn't get an answer. They called again and left 3 text messages. I called back and again didn't get an answer. I called the following day, got an answer. I explained to them that I was only available on Saturdays because I'm a truck driver out on the road during the week. The next morning I got a donation cancelation email. It's a free car for a good cause. You would think they would be able to wait a couple of days.

The correspondence to and from all of the players was excellent. Either through email, snail mail, or telephone, communication was swift and accurate. Rita Morgan (Title Specialist) at the Car Donation Foundation was a Shining Star through the whole process. There was a small problem with my title's legibility and she kindly guided me through the entire process to make the sale go on as scheduled. Every time I called Rita I got the right answer at the right time and was treated with dignity and respect. The entire team is focused on serving veterans and raising money to assist those who served for us. Thank you to everyone involved!

The fella who picked up the truck was on time and fun to work with. Post-sale documentation for tax purposes was supplied. The entire process was easy. I'll donate to Vehicles For Veterans again if I can.

Your co. was straight forward & easy to work with. After initial contact, I was kept informed continuously. All being set, I was notified of when my car would be conviently picked up. Date & time were set,& I was kept aware all the way. When time to pick up my car neared, the co. picking my car up kept in contact. They were timely, quick, & professional. They came picked car up on time & were very efficient. Thank You

The process was easy since I had the title. I was contacted in a speedy manner and the car was picked up promptly.

They kept in constant contact regarding appt, pickup time and followed with great information on the tax deduction. They also provided the Fl state form to fill out to notify the State that the car was being donated.

Your organization was extremely prompt in replying to my initial inquiry. The service station assigned the pick up was also very quick to get in touch for scheduling. The tow driver arrived in the early part of the 2 hour window which was appreciated. He was very professional and courteous. I felt that my car was in good hands.

The whole experience was positive. The people I dealt with were professional and knowledgeable.
