The problem for those having issues, probably are 1. Internet speed, not hard wired, open apps that are using bandwidth. For me, at least it is spot on.

I signed up for a year and I DO have access to Uzzu tv on my computer and iphone but want it on my smart tv, I did as instructed and sent in the VPN info to customer service. They responded next day to send them the information (which I did send initially, but sent again as requested) I have not heard anthing back since.... although I have emailed CS at least 8 times in 2 weeks. Very disappointed if I have to watch on computer or iphone...... ( be like watching a ball game in the nosebleed section with dirty glasses) I don't even get an acknowledgement that I will get a response (as they did the first time I emailed) I'm very concerned that they will help. If I DO receive help I will update this review. UPDATE: customer service did get a hold of me through email and we got this issue resolved so far I think this is a wonderful service and a great price if anything changes through the football season and getting the games I will report here but otherwise for now I give them four stars!

I errantly paid my subscription in December (it renews in July). When I discovered the error, their first response was I’d given a gift subscription (to myself-they provided me with my own e mail as the subscriber.). When I provided proof of the duplicate payment all communication stopped. Amazingly bad customer relationship.

Have used uzzu for 3 months and very pleased. Initially we had a bunch of buffering. We swapped out our 8 year old Insignia/Roku for a new TV. Problem solved. Rural internet, 15MB download average.

Everything is good, but really hate the on between with Commerical break in progress, I should not have 2 c that..I am paying for all the picture and commentators..maybe u could refund some of my money Thank u

On my 4th year. Had similar issues as others early on, but once I went gig speed, wifi m, at first a VPN but not now, I rarely have a glitch or spool. I use 4k Firestick on one TV and Roku on 2 others. So many options today. Happy I took a chance on this. Andre has been great.

I thought I'd try this out, but one I created my account I couldn't see a way to cancel so I got spooked. I emailed them to ask to cancel and get a refund (they advertise a 24-hour money back guarantee, no questions asked, and I contacted them within that timeframe). They responded initial asking why I wanted to cancel ... but after I responded there's been no further communication. I followed up a few days later, but still no response. As of a week later they haven't charged me again, but I have yet to be refunded, so I'm not sure that's going to happen.

The service Is garbage. Always freezing and rewinding. At a minimum it's 15 min behind the real game. Fighting for a refund. Don't use this service.

This service is unwatchable! It spends 95 %of its time refreshing; when the event is on it jumps through in unviewable pieces. There is nowhere online to get out of my subscription, so I have paid $120+ for one year of NOTHING.

I've had uzzu tv for like 2 yrs or more and I love it .yes their are slight issues but not terrible.. the first year I had it was not so great because they didn't have commercials like normal tv . It would say game starting soon after each period staring at a screen and it would take awhile for it to come back on but I've noticed they have been really a lot better w buffering and has commercials... I can also say a lot of my friends say they can't see some games on cable or some of the providers they use but I can see 95% of the devils games and other ones w ease... I think it's worth the $ so far .. I'm big NJ devils fan and uzzu thank you!!!! ..

I wasn't sure how well this was going to work, or if the streams were going to be good quality and not lagging, but so far everything I've watched on here has worked perfectly and the quality has been great! I've mostly been watching baseball, so I'm curious how it will go when big football games are on and more people are using this, but so far I've been really impressed. If I had to make one small complaint/observation, I've noticed a small white border around the picture, but this is hardly noticeable when you're watching something, so not a big deal at all.

So this app wants you to pay their service than buy another app to run their streaming service because they "discourage using the browser". Their streaming service keeps freezing basically every commercial so if you are watching a football game good luck with that! Speaking of football I was looking for a specific game and was nowhere to be found! I reached out to their customer service asking for the refund and they didn't even reply back to me, so if you really want to take a chance on them pay for 1 week because they WILL NOT REFUND your service if it doesn't work for you.

I subscribed to watch Six Nations. Sometimes it ends up being soccer for part of the match and then they just lost the match today. Terrible service.

Total Scam.. The streaming keeps FREEZING ( Every 30-45 seconds) and Looping, They're Pirating the Signal. Sometimes it switches to BBC / Canadian stations.... I hope the FCC Jail's these P.O.S...... I'm REPORTING them.. They move they're Office po box and have No Business ID#

I have had this service for about 2 years, and have finally had enough of the constant freezes and buffering! I was paying to be able to stream my local baseball and hockey team's games. Though I would write to them every few weeks complaining about the issues I've cited above, they were NEVER ABLE TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! Buyer beware!!!

Uzzutv is a great tv service. It's works great with no buffering at all. Absolutely no blackouts.

They have not responded to our concern in over 12hrs now...update: now 24hrs and no assistance, yet.

This TV service is not customer friendly. It had 3 pkg selections. The first one to try the service was fine. They stopped it after a month or so. The 2nd pkg was 19.99/month and very comfortable. They have since got rid of that as well. The 3rd pkg is 129.99/year. Upon trying to pay my bill for the month, the app began to force me to upgrade to the year selection with no option to even break it into 2 payments. The service has an issue with buffering and freezing. Why would I pay MORE for that? I quit the service and advised the other 6 people I brought on as subscribers to quit it as well and any other people they told about UZZU. These people never said that the subscription would be incredibly increased from $20 to $130. Ridiculous! I have gone with a competitor that has much better service and will allow customers to make payments to complete a year subscription. I DO NOT recommend this service.

This site is a piece of fecal matter. Can never watch your team or you get the other teams feed. Totally f'ed up. Not worth the money. Customer service is abysmal. Tried year after year and same fecal matter experience.

Constantly lagging/freezing. Tonight we were watching a game and right in the middle the game went off and switched to some poker game smh Not worth it.
