The fact that the operators are there for you even when they are extremely busy. My experience is they are prepared to help not just lip read, if you know what I mean. I’ve been with UW for a long time and will continue unless anything changes for the worse. Hopefully nit

I am already a UW customer, so I went on the app to see how much I could save on my home and contents insurance. It was a very easy and straightforward process. Plus the biggest bonus was it was £200 cheaper than my renewal with my previous company. Happy with that, thanks again UW!

I used UW in my last property for 7 years. Now I’ve moved again so I’m taking UWwith me. I’m am very happy with their service especially the annual boiler check, all of their products give me peace of mind.
Utility Warehouse is really good. My only criticism is that you can’t do more online and sometimes you wait a while for an advisor.
Found it hard to speak to someone, as I'm a technophobe, when I eventually did, not sure she understood what I was asking about. Was eventually told to get an electrician in to see where the power is being used, I'm already in the red on my smart meters, I'm sat here with no heating on, as it uses electric to move the hot water around, (12°c) I'm restring my hot drinks and cooking, and all she had to say was you'll use less in summer how?
I left a review back in November regarding my awful experience when cancelling my broadband and the fact they are scamming their customers - I won't re-hash all that here but please know this: they reply to reviews on here that they will be contacting you to sort it, they do NOTHING. But NOW, they are charging me £60 for a broadband router that was sent back using their own royal mail portal. The tracking shows it was delivered on 24th Dec yet my Jan bill has the lovely surprise of them charging me for it. Considering I am still a customer for other services, I am absolutely APPALLED at the service (or lack of) I absolutely can not wait to be out of contract for everything and be rid of this awful scam company.

I like to print terms and conditions for insurance policies. Before attempting to print the recent new issue of the above, I decided to count the pages necessary to prepare. THE TOTAL WAS 81. I have asked if these can be printed and posted to me, but no response so far. I telephoned your offices recently, and the AI reply asked all sorts of questions not related to the problem, and took ages doing so! You cant beat having a human taking the call!

Its has taken a long time to get my broadband got it jan 2nd first ordered oct 24 gas elec,phone all went through ok just broadband did,nt now got a bill off sky for £332 for early termanation which i was told in the beginning that you sorted but obvisly hav,nt.
