i have recently joined the utility warehouse as my energy supplier and broadband and mobile. great service and great prices on all of their services would recommend to everyone

Good company, good customer service... helped me with my probllemm, also some operators were above and beyound helpfull.. even gave bonuses, for time lost with the service...
The Customer service was excellent and we also got a great deal on the bundle we took
All support teams are open EXCEPT broadband on weekends and basically all times you would be at home needing wifi. guess they only cater to the unemployed and retired? weird. i never asked for a switch from talk talk, they helped as much as they could, and they asked me to submit a support case, but that option was blocked as you wanted me to call, on a sunday afternoon you've closed your helpline? joke.
I signed up with this company recently and they sent me two threatening letters demanding payment, when they had not even sent me a bill. They have now finally sent a bill after more than 2 months, but still have a demand for payment of a sum relating to a meter reading that is months in advance of the current reading. I have raised a complaint, which has been ignored. I contacted the CEO, also ignored. I have repeatedly emailed questions, but these too have been ignored. No-one takes ownership and finds a resolution, you just get disjointed, useless replies from the "UW Team". A total nightmare of a company. Account: 2438396 Complaint ref: 0772646
The previous gas meter stopped working so I requested a replacement which went ahead but it seems that the billing department were not informed about the change in the meter and there seem to be quite a lot of confusion
Customer service was efficient
I particularly like the cash back card option because my bill is reduced every month, as I get cash back everywhere I shop, which reduces my bill. I like having one bill and one direct debit for all my services. A friend recommended this company to me and it was the consumer awards that attracted me to Utility Warehouse as well as the competitive prices.
You answered my call very quickly - no long wait. My request for an answering service on my landline was dealt with promptly. The monthly bills come with good detail of usage and cost.
Overall very satisfied so far,everything has been made simple regarding changing over to UW with complete ease ! The App is excellent also with everything accessible within seconds, so a 5 star from me .
Customer service reception is always friendly,poliite and profesional, always competitive prices,the more services you have with them the better pricing and savings

I noted on my account that there was some Cashback missing. Within a couple of days of reporting this, UW got back to me and confirmed that they had adjusted this and it was now on the account. It only took a couple of days.
