Still a scam with no follow ups or fixes despite their replies on here!
I left a review back in November regarding my awful experience when cancelling my broadband and the fact they are scamming their customers - I won't re-hash all that here but please know this: they reply to reviews on here that they will be contacting you to sort it, they do NOTHING. But NOW, they are charging me £60 for a broadband router that was sent back using their own royal mail portal. The tracking shows it was delivered on 24th Dec yet my Jan bill has the lovely surprise of them charging me for it. Considering I am still a customer for other services, I am absolutely APPALLED at the service (or lack of) I absolutely can not wait to be out of contract for everything and be rid of this awful scam company.
