My experience with Utility Direct has been exceptional. In a new country, first time buyer. With 1 call I had assistance across the board. Even when I had delays due to my internal process, reaching back out to Utility Direct for next step assistance was as smooth as an email. The setup's happen on the spot or within 1 day I know what is happening. I would be lost without them. Thank you to the friendly staff and your understanding of needs :)
