Rik the Legend
I cannot thank Rik enough, the man is a legend, he went way above and beyond to help me and my family set up our utilities. He made the best suggestions and throughout the entire call he made me feel like he was always thinking with me and for us, so within a relatively short call he has solved all the things that I have been worrying about for weeks. I am extremely grateful to Rik. I want to send him a Rick and Morty tshirt with Rick's name crossed out and retyped as Rik :) Give the man a medal already!
