I got my order on time and of course all products are very good .
Order was not complete. Only when support ticket was raised that they responded that part of the order was cancelled. Also the expedited shipping charges are too high but you still don’t receive the items on time.
Great delivery timing and care for what the price of the short sleeve US polo collared sleeve was worth with great excellent care.

First order from this store, risked buying from this brand. Needed order ASAP so I paid $35 for next day air. Order did not show up. Not sure where the $200 worth of clothes I bought is. I leave tomorrow on a flight. Frustrated but not surprised.

The cotton stripe ring net tee shirts are really nice quality once I figured out how I could carefully remove the sticky mesh the embroidery logo had been stitched on.
As soon as I contacted customer service by email , on receiving my stain polo shirt . I was immediately Contacted by Chelsea and she was great and she told me how to return item back . Also the people that work and pack orders , should check and make sure items are not damage because it was so obvious. The stain on the white colar of the polo shirt ..
I am a regular customer of U.S. Polo Assn. I will not be buying from them again. They have changed their returns policy. Now you have to pay for returns. You are unable to access their returns portal as it keeps saying server error. I am housebound without access to a printer U.S. Polo used to arrange for free Royal Mail Collection and bring label. Not now even though one of my items I was returning was faulty. I have arranged the return myself and have had to pay for this. By law if an item is faulty then the Seller must pay for returns postage and refund. Shame on you U.S.Polo Assn.
