However, I have been informed that the package will not arrive until July 7th, which is entirely unacceptable given the circumstances: I paid for a service that has not been honored. I chose your brand because of its strong association with the July 4th holiday, trusting in your reputation and reliability. I respectfully request a clear explanation and immediate compensation—either a refund of the expedited shipping fee or a suitable credit—since the service I paid for was not fulfilled. I’m pretty disappointed actually. The style and material of the 3 polos that I purchased are exactly as advertised. They are extremely soft and well made, however, they shrunk so aggressively in the laundry that I look like I’m wearing a 12 year olds shirt. They are completely unwearable unfortunately. I took a look at the return policy and polo only accepts returns of unworn cloths so I’m kinda stuck with having to just buy new ones in a larger size. It’s a bummer…
