Made a purchase and didn’t know it was clearance. Can’t return
After placing my Polo order tracking it's delivery was easy. In doing so I was informed approximately how many days it would take until received. Actually, my order arrived one day early. I ordered 5-Polo shirts (V-neck and tees). I also ordered a 6-item that caught my eye. It was a tank top with the big Polo logo on the front. Tried them on and all fit according to the size of shirts I ordered. Happy with the good quality.
Chealse was very bad
Fake polo not what I thought it was. I will try to return.

The items came damaged and cut and if i want return I have to buy money for shipping It is very bad experience and I don’t recommend it any one buy from us polo
Delivery time was great . Getting in contact with a customer care representative not so great. Need to make a return and no one has responded or contacted me back after following their prompts. Website states available coupons and coupons don’t let you apply them . Yes I read the small print and coupon should apply as it did my first order but not my second .

Speed and slight shipping delay
I have ordered one dozen underwear for me and I was sure that my order was 100% cotton but when it arrived and I opened the first bundle I noticed it's only 60% cotton. Beside that it's VERY thin and TRANSPARENT compare to my Polos that I'm using almost 30 years. Especially I go upset when I saw on the website that I can't return these items even in unopened condition. This is first time I'm ordering from Polo web site before I purchased from department stores only. I have very bad experience and will NEVER use Polo stuff.
