UpGrow promises to generate "real followers" for you and they promise you a certain amount (in my case 1500 people per month) or "money back guarantee". First of all - the followers are ALL fake. Private instagram accounts that all follow the same patterns (20-30 posts, hidden of course because they are private, connected to other bots) which don't interact with your posts at all. Secondly, they don't stick to the growth rates promised. In my case, we ended up at less than 200 followers through them in one month. I asked for the money back which they declined saying that they can instead give me one month for free. I declined since I'm not interested in fake followers so I asked to cancel my subscription. They don't allow that but instead you have to set up a meeting with their teams to discuss a cancellation. That's clearly just an artificial hurdle to get out of an unwanted subscription. I now just blocked them on my credit card so that they can't invoice another month and I reported them as fraudulent service to the credit card institution.

I like that there's no chance of getting banned or suspended because they follow Instagram's rules and guidelines. I got suspended a couple times when I was using bots.

They are always a pleasure to work with. Haven't had a single bad experience with them.

I think it's cool that I can get followers based on criteria that I choose. I can get the most engagement possible.
