Does anyone know how to cancel an UpGrow account? It seems impossible to get a refund or even cancel the subscription through their dashboard. Support doesn’t respond on chat or email for months and CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME. Has anyone successfully canceled or removed their credit card info?

Tried to cancel since 5 days. Your account settings won't even allow you to cancel your own subscription, you will need to use their live chat we is replied to by a bot and you never hear back. I will need to put in a chargeback

This has been the only service to give me real results.The service I used before would give me inconsistent results or give me bots. Sometimes I wouldn't even get anything at all.

I wouldn't recommend any other service if you want organic and natural growth. If you want instant growth, bots are the way to go.

Their 5 star reviews on here are as fake af, with fake profiles. They've took out 3 different payments from my bank in 3 months and after I have reported them to my bank, they are trying to take another 3 payments, 2 of £225 and 1 of £112, all of them in the same day, today 27th April 2025. Never got an email for activation of an account on their platform.

I never had a problem using upgrow. They've continued to provide a great service and accurate followers my page.

The results are excellent. This is my frist time using a growth service and I really didn't think they could accomplish so much.

I hardly get unfollowed by the the followers I get. Once in a while, I'll have a couple but almost all of them stay and like my posts.

I always used bots because they were cheap and instant but after finding thet I could get real followers, I'm definitely going to stick with upgrow.

SCAM! There’s no AI “enhancement”, it’s just a bunch of fake followers. It completley ruined our Instagram performance. But worse than that: After cancelling as soon as we noticed it was a scam, they continued to charge us for another 6months, increasing the amount every month without even telling us. They claim they responded to our cancellation & demand to delete all our information, which a) they didn’t and b) wouldn’t have changed anything because we clearly stated that we cancled our subscription. Only got out of it by cancelling our card. Pressing charges. DON’T FALL FOR IT!

Their service is hassle free and I don't have to worry about anything. They handle the growth I handle the posting.

The followers I get from the targeted followers option are always on point and are exactly what I was looking to get.

I thought that the growth would be faster but I might have to wait a little bit longer. I'm on my second week so far and I'm seeing that other people had faster growth after the second week.
