Still Charging Us 3 Months After Cancellation – Unacceptable and Illegal We canceled our subscription over three months ago, yet they are still charging our card every month. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the charges continue — and to make matters worse, we can’t even remove our payment method from the account because the card no longer appears. This is not just bad customer service — it feels like a deliberate attempt to make cancellation difficult and continue taking payments illegally. We've waited long enough, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. We urge others to be extremely cautious.
