Ordered on line received nothing after 16 days. The courier said delivered on day 14 but updated the delivery on the 16th day delivered? Was super excited to receive my order but it didn't arrive. Not sure if it was the courier or the company but nobody at either place would help after numerous emails. Never buying from here again!
I will never shop here again! customer service is awful. I visited this place two days in a row. both times I wasn't offered any assistance nor greeted. Today was there and the same thing. The difference today; I asked for assistance from an employee who just finished with a previous customer. I was advised she was at the cashier desk to help customers. the five minutes I saw walk up to another customer and associate talking. I hate pulling the race card, so I won't. When i got to the counter to ask the cashier who the person was, she replied "an employee" I stated I knew that, and I wanted to know who she was. She lied and said someone who stocks. This woman literally assisted other customer.
Ordered online using $17 of reward points I earned and a $25 gift card. The order would not go through.After trying numerous times to re enter all my info, it took my points and my gift card and never processed the order! Keeps saying my gift card balance is zero! Unbelievable. Reached out to customer service 3 times and getting nowhere. I want my gift card and points returned.
I'm so ticked off right now I wanted to write a Google review because that's where I write all my reviews about businesses. This place ulta has some poor customer service. I ordered an item I've been wanting with a coupon they sent me. They canceled the order because the item was out of stock in the specific store I chose to pick up. I wanted to try another store and they would not give me the coupon back. They are supposed to call me back and I hope they refund me the $10 as I placed the order because the item is on sale and low stock. If they do I will change this review.
I have been a loyal client to Mrs Lanay Davis and she is a wonderful stylist with great energy and good compassion to her job I have been going to her for over 4 years and she never disappoints she grew my hair from my neck to down my back and a minimum of time , she is a great stylist.
Carla Ewings chopped off my daughter’s hair to where she can hardly comb it. Her hair was to the middle of her back and now some of her hair at front is not even 6 inches. So many layers that it stands up weird. Carla had been practicing without a license since November and Ulta allowed it. They are horrible! Lupe only offered her “money back” and when i asked how she would she compensate her for 10+ years of hair growth, she had nothing to say. Do better!!
Love shopping online at Ulta. I am a Diamond member for almost 10 years. Also always great service at my Ulta Store in Redmond, WA. Hope there will be new stores opening again soon. Can´t understand all the negative reviews on here. If I have point issues, usually I can resolve them fast when I write to Ulta Guest services.
Christina at The Ulta Store in Glenwood Spring, Co is a true Gem! She really goes above and beyond to help me every time I come into the store.
She is warm and kind! She also knows so much about each line and gives me honest feedback about great products for me to try!

I attempted to make a purchase today at the Mansfield, TX location. I recently changed my number so of course when Carlos asked me for my number, I could not remember it. The line was long, and I was not going to hold it up. So, I thought I'd forgo any points that I could possibly receive and purchase my products. However, Carlos told me that I could not purchase any products at that store without a phone number. I was astonished! I have been a member since 2022. I have never heard of that. I asked for the policy he said there was not one available. So, I said, "if someone does not have a phone, they cannot buy anything here?" Carlos answered "correct!". I kindly asked for the manager because I was truly perplexed. Chelsea, the manager was very kind and considerate. She vehemently apologized and stated that was not the store's policy and an email could have been used. I told her that Carlos never asked for or mentioned that to me. He was very adamant about getting my phone number. I felt like he did not want to accept my patronage, and his actions felt very discriminatory. Needless to say, I did not get my products, and I will never step into that store again. The customer service at the Arlington and Grand Prairie stores is better anyway.
ULTA HAS NO PRINCIPLE OR LOYALTY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
On 3/2/2025. I made porches, and upon my transaction I forgot my wallet at the cash register. It’s a very expensive wallet. I went back to Ulta to get my wallet. They told me the wallet was put in a safe place.
I spoke to 2 managers. My wallet was gone. There was no other explanation. All I need is my wallet to be replaced. My wallet disappeared in thin air!
ULTA HAS NO PRINCIPLE OR LOYALTY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
I will be speaking to my attorney.
We will be filing a complaint with the court
I’m very disappointed and hurt.
I have a strong feeling that one of the employees has my wallet. Because there is no way, they will toss a brand-new very expensive wallet out.
I will be filing charges if they don’t investigate this matter.

I just wanted to say that I love shopping with Ulta I do a online order every other week or sometimes every week and don’t get me wrong whoever packages my stuff sometimes don’t close my bottles tight but when I tell them or send them a email they resolve the issue quickly and I really appreciate that because I do have a shopping problem not gonna lie and I have dealt with all type of businesses and some are just rude and don’t care but Ulta has always been great and I just trust shopping with them so I felt like the my deserves a great review but the only thing I feel should change is their point system because you could get to diamond status like within a year and then when the new year comes you have to start all over again and I don’t like that especially if you spent so much money with them and you have to start all over again I hope one day they change it other then that they are good and trustworthy to shop with

Bad customer service in hinesville ga location..the checkout girl seems like she has an issue with customer service and should seek another profession...been doing business with ulta for years, never encountered such a problem!!
