ULTA HAS NO PRINCIPLE OR LOYALTY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!

On 3/2/2025. I made porches, and upon my transaction I forgot my wallet at the cash register. It’s a very expensive wallet. I went back to Ulta to get my wallet. They told me the wallet was put in a safe place. I spoke to 2 managers. My wallet was gone. There was no other explanation. All I need is my wallet to be replaced. My wallet disappeared in thin air! ULTA HAS NO PRINCIPLE OR LOYALTY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! I will be speaking to my attorney. We will be filing a complaint with the court I’m very disappointed and hurt. I have a strong feeling that one of the employees has my wallet. Because there is no way, they will toss a brand-new very expensive wallet out. I will be filing charges if they don’t investigate this matter. For a place of business. It’s embarrassing. camaras is everywhere in the store. Ulta manager just brush me aside.
