Lovely dress, really happy that the fabric isn’t too thick, which I worried about before it arrived. Great for dressing up or down.
Wow, I have just received two lovely items, one is the best pair of jeans I have probably ever had. So impressed with this brand, well worth paying a little extra for good quality. I will definitely be back for more!
Delivery was on time. Garment well packed. Trousers fit beautifully. I’m 5’6” size 12 bordering on 10. Got the size 10. Lovely fabric. Haven’t actually worn them yet, the weather’s been too hot.

Stylish dress
I bought the Kellar wide leg trouser in brown. It was great to find a trouser in brown and with pockets too. The order came quickly and was packaged well to minimise creasing. The trousers are a good fit, I am a hight street 12 and I bought a 12 from Saint and Sofia. I like that they are comfortable but can be worn casually or dressed up.

What went wrong - well, a several days agoI sent an email to the CEO asking whether it would be possible to have a different way of sizing their lengths on the Apartment and Runway trousers. Completely ignored. The other very disappointing thing was that an advert had a really glaring spelling error which lots of people commented on. I think it is the being ignored which really makes me feel that I am considered unimportant and leaves a somewhat sour taste. Update This was an email I sent to the CEO, which I understood to be Malcolm Bell. The emails haven’t been returned as undeliverable. Edited again after reading the reply from S&S. I have already told you via my edit that it was an email I sent to your CEO. What further information can I give you? Edited again 13 August You have not replied to my edit above. Also - as for being ignored, on 29 July I sent you a message via Facebook giving details of the glaring spelling mistake in your ad and also asking about the sizing. Completely ignored. Please do not call me Barb/Barbie. Reserved for friends.
