Lovely product, beautifully wrapped and delivered quickly!

Lovely sandles and quick postage

The trousers I ordered arrived fairly promptly but were too big and the material was very synthetic. I was disappointed with the quality considering they cost £99. I returned them immediately and received an email to say my return had arrived and my refund would be processed within a week. Over 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund despite emailing a week ago and being told it would be issued immediately. I will not order from this company again.

I liked the picture of this jacket when I saw it online. There was a helpful chart to suggest a size. The jacket arrived quickly and tracked. I was able to delay delivery by a day on Royal Mail. Jacket was beautifully packaged. It fits well and is extremely comfortable to wear. I like it. Slight puckering of stitches by the zip but overall I am happy with it.

The order took a very long time (more than 3 weeks instead of 4-6 business days). I ordered Apartment Pant - Black. The quality of the fabric is bad. It dyes and fades incredibly. I did not think that was possible. They ruined my expensive underwear. My hands and nails were black and I had to go wash my hands every hour. And washing did not change the situation. I really did not expect that $70 pants would go in the trash after the first time I put them on. VERY disappointed!

Not great for international customers. First off, beware of foreign currency conversion charges on your credit card, although S&S show the transaction in local currency, my credit card still imposed charges as though it were a foreign transaction. The delivery fees are steep to send outside US or UK but what's worse is returns are not free either. The costs are quite significant to send back an item (thank goodness I'm not sending back the bulky boots I got). It's not worth the risk of buying from this merchant again because the shipping costs can be extortionate. I do like the style and quality from Saint and Sofia, but it's just too much of a punt to shop from them again.

My dress is lovely - fits well , it’s elegant and the fabric is beautiful . It arrived in only three days . I’m really pleased with it . I’m tall and it falls to my lower calf , which is good , so many dresses look like midis on me which I don’t like . The length is just right . And it has POCKETS - winner !

My items were received withiin a reasonable time & of good quality.

Beware of accepting a credit note instead of a refund. I was happy to do this assuming I would be able to make use of it. The credit notes only last for 6 months. This was not made clear when they offered the credit note. I would have gone for the refund of if I had realised.
