Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged

Delivery was quick the site was easy to navigate. My purchase was beautifully wrapped and my bag was lovely, excellent quality. Exactly as shown but even better in reality very happy with my purchase

Ordering and delivery were smooth and the dress fits well and looks good. Only downside was that the return for the alternative size I ordered did not work first time (Royal Mail locker) and I had to email for customer support. Issue resolved and return submitted.

I love your store and your staff were super helpful. My criticism is your website. The models are young and skinny and unsmiling. ALL the customers in your staff were my age and up (56!) and my size and up (size 12) so although i would buy in store I am uninspired to buy online - and I always shop online.

J'ai commandé un pantalon et à ma grande surprise, aucun remboursement possible, simplement un credit. Mauvaise experience. Ils me disent que cetait ecris sur le site mais ayant passé par une pub provenant de facebook, il ny avais aucune mention de vente finale. Meme si je leur ai envoyé des captures d'ecran par email, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Mauvais service

Great selection of clothing available online. It’s very easy to order online and delivery is always prompt. I’m very happy with my recent purchase which was an orange racer vest. Lovely quality and it fits very well. (Size 8).

I have tried to unsubscribe from the Saint & Sofia email list for months now and time and again they keep sending new emails on an almost daily basis (if not daily) as if they couldn't care less about my requests. I click unsubscribe, I get the confirmation email with a notice about it potentially taking 24 hrs to take effect, but then they continue to just send emails anyway. Talk about spamming customers. Goodness.

Was so surprised to see a Saint and Sofia store in London. Always an on-line shopper, it was so nice to have the ladies working the store give me such personal attention. I just love my clothes and loved the shop. Wish I could send a photo as I wore these pices several times to several different events.
