Had a great experience regarding a return. I’d followed the sizing advice on height in relation to the length of trousers. They turned out to be too long. The return workflow in the help centre resulted in finding the shorter length and arranging an exchange which I found really positive and helpful rather than having to return and reorder
Delighted with ease of ordering and prompt delivery. The top is true to the colour and description online. It looks tailored and elegant whilst comfortable on the skin. I’ll be buying from Saint and Sofia again.

Very quick delivery, far sooner than I expected. My tops came beautifully packaged, wrapped in tissue paper and in a sturdy cardboard box. Plus my tops are lovely, perfect fit and I am happy with the colours. All in all the whole experience was easy.

I bought a dress last week and I paid for it and I have not received it as yet. They did not contact me to update me on the status of my order and when I bought it their website claimed the items would have been received in 3/4 working days. Over one week has passed and I have not received my paid item. I tried to contact them and there was the answering machine where they advise the customer to email an email provided. I tried and I had no reply. I won't never by anything else from them. Other companies also have delays but they contact customers to inform about it. Saint and Sofia are not contacting me and I strongly advise customers to avoid them.

*UPDATE* Juliette from Customer Care responded to me on 4/11/24 and 25/11/24, so it's incorrect of the company to say they have never received emails from me about this issue, as they replied to the first two! I also haven't received the email 'reaching out' to resolve it. I bought one item from them last November. They then subscribed me to their newsletter without my consent. Since then I have repeatedly messaged asking them to unsubscribe me. I also asked them to delete my data, but I received no response from that request, and I am continuing to receive emails. I have now raised a complaint with the ICO for breach of GDPR. If anyone else has come to Trustpilot as a last resort like me, I recommend you do the same.
Be aware they charge $20 for a return. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere on their website. Maybe not a big deal on something expensive, but I needed to return a $30 tank top. To make matters worse, I accidentally ordered it twice because the first time I made a typo in my email addy, and when I never received a confirmation I mistakenly assumed the order didn’t go through. S&S was going to keep $40 of a $60 purchase and after much complaining, agreed to “only” charge $10 for one of the returns. I had to request the refund after waiting more than a month, and then it was immediately posted. Wonder if it ever would have come through if I didn’t ask after it? It was a very unpleasant customer service experience and I’ll never order from them again.
Love the dresses. I own a few and they are comfortable and wash well. The designs are clever and ultimately very flattering. I’d love to do a paid partnership with them as I believe their designs suit women of all shapes and sizes.
