Very good service from start to finish. I am really pleased with my new car. Would use U>K>Car Discount again.

I was introduced to UK car discount by my brother in law. He hadn't used them before but had heard of them. I researched as much as I could, but I couldn't find a great deal of information about them out there. The discount on the car I wanted was substantial. I was going to save at least £4500. This has to be too good to be true I thought? Anyway, I specced the car I wanted,with various optional extras and paid £1000 deposit on my credit card, which I could always claim back if need be. I ordered in September 2021 and was told to expect the car circa March 2022 due to the well publicised worldwide shortages. I was willing to wait. However, in December 2021 I received a call to say my vehicle was ready to be delivered. It`s free driven delivery to your door, but I decided to pay an extra £250 to have it brought on a transporter. The vehicle was delivered. Brand spanking new, factory built to my specification with 5 miles on the clock.The transporter driver waited whilst I checked it over thoroughly. When I was happy, he left. I then went inside to make the bank transfer to pay the final balance for the car. The entire process was quick and very easy. Brian and Harley were on hand at anytime to answer my questions, be it via email or phone call. I will never buy a new car from a dealer again. This has saved me thousands of pounds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UK Car Discount and can guarantee I will be using them again in the future for next car. Thanks for all your help. Im absolutely over the moon with the car.

Even with the delays within the new car industry regarding microchips , any questions I wanted answered they delivered . My new car arrived yesterday & I’m over the moon with it , even better was the price I paid , well below what a dealer was asking . E-mails were replied to by return and they were readily available to speak to on the telephone. I did lots of research when looking to buy a new electric car (Hyundai Ioniq). uk-car-discount.co.uk was the cheapest by far. The cheapest I could find from showrooms was in Oxford ( I live in Glasgow) and I would have had to drive down to get it. uk-car-discount beat this price by £1526. They also beat the nearest showroom to me in Edinburgh by a whopping £2583. As I was saving so much, I paid to get the car in black (any colour but white costs extra) and get it transported to me. I only paid a deposit and then paid the remainder once the car was delivered and I had inspected it. Service was exceptional – it is a family run business and Brian and Harley were always available and really helpful. The service did not stop once I had paid. They supply contact details if there are any issues or you want to know how the vehicle works. I applied for the Scottish Govt loan for electric vehicles and Brian was great at supplying the documentation required. Make sure you check their prices before you buy a car, I really cannot fault them.

I had not previously bought a brand new car from an online company, but the price that UK Car Discount quoted seemed very attractive, so I thought that I would try them. The whole purchase process was very smooth and the people that I dealt with were all very knowledgeable and helpful - and not at all pushy, unlike some showroom sales staff. Although cars are delivered to your home free of charge, I opted to pay a little extra to have my car delivered by transporter rather than to be driven. This arrived at the time that I was advised and I am very please with the new car. The follow up process (paying the balance etc.) was straight forward and the sales advisor more than willing to cover any issues that I may have had. All in all a very good experience and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing a new car.

Ordered a new car. They kept me up to date with the order, delivery dates etc.Always responded quickly to both emails and phone calls. Offered an excellent discount on the car itself which was delivered on time without a scratch and to the requested specification. Also contacted me post delivery to confirm I was happy with the service.

When I initially searched for a new car looking for a discount, I couldn't believe the saving by buying through UK Car Discount. I must admit, there was a certain amount of scepticism. This was all unfounded and It really was a huge saving and easy process. A very friendly family business and I recommend them highly.
