Generally the service received from UK Car Discount was very good. They responded to emails after I had sent them one. However, I felt that they could have been a tad more proactive in providing updates to me, rather than me having to chase them. My car was delayed longer than originally expected and I needed to be kept up-to-date with developments. Nevertheless the team was always polite and friendly and I would certainly be happy to use them again in the future.

one of the very best companies that i have ever dealt with ! ordered in june for delivery by oct. 8th and arrived to my home on oct.5th. at 9.30 am. then i was able to visit my local 2nd hand dealer who transfered the agreed price to my bank a/c before later in the day paying UK Car Discount ! FANTASTIC service at every level.

I was a bit wary to start with, prices are way lower than at a dealer - there must be a catch surely? NO - simple order process, very friendly, they keep you in the loop every step of the way. All done from your own home. Even when I ran into problems making the final payment - they were on hand to offer simple advice. Car arrived, Car paid, happy customer. Would buy again (if you want to save £'s, you should too!).

My new car arrived yesterday and I'm very pleased not only with the car but the excellent service from UKCarDiscount. Very poor service. I ordered a car on 4th June. I was assured twice in August delivery was on schedule for September. In the final week of September my car was cancelled and the deposit returned. The cancellation was communicated by email, a telephone call would have been the least I would have expected from a reputable company.

Have just taken delivery of my Peugeot 2008 and I love it. Ordered through UK car discount as there discount is great and payment terms are easy,small deposit on credit card and the balance after delivery of the car. Brian and the team were excellant throughout and I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to try them.

I was a little anxious at making such a large purchase online so I researched all of the various companies out there. I chose UK Car Discount as not only were the prices and reviews good but I liked the do not pay for your car until recieved and checked by you policy. Wow have we been happy, UKCD have been brilliant throughout, always providing polite, helpful and quick responses.
