Picked my wifes new 22 plate Audi A1 up from Tamworth Audi, on 4/04/2022 after ordering the vehicle January 2022, this was after ordering the same vehicle from UK Car Discount July 2021 and 2 weeks before build January 2022 just getting an email that the car order was cancelled and £1,000 deposit back, wasted 6 months

I had a great experience dealing with the UK Car Discount Team and was able to secure a significant discount on my new car. The car came exactly as specified, with 9 miles on the clock as I chose to have it delivered by transporter. Everything happened as described on the website and the only issue was the long delivery time but this was due to the global shortage of microchips, so not their fault. What they did do was keep me informed of revised dates and ultimately it arrived several weeks earlier that originally forecast. I dealt with various members of the Bennett family through the process and all were extremely helpful, returning my calls and emails promptly. I will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Second new car i have purchased from them. The process was as simply and pleasant as the first time. Like that you pay the final invoice after you have taken delivery of the car. Regular updates given on the order. Customer services both via email and phone is excellent. The only thing i would prefer is that part ex was an option. I would also buy my next car from them.

I chose UK Car Discount for my new car purchase. I found their on-line process excellent and easy to use. I saved money by using this company and was kept updated by good customer service keeping me informed. The expected delivery date was put back however, but this was out of their control due to the shortage of electronic chips affecting the whole of the car industry. When the car was delivered I was delighted. I also used their recommended company to sell my car. All in all I was impressed with UK Car Discount and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others

Using UK Car Discount to purchase my New Ford Focus ST line X was a positive experience from beginning to end. I was told how long it would take for the car to arrive and this was completely accurate. When ever I telephoned to ask questions there was always someone available talk to and I was able to add the extras I wanted. Emails arrived immediately confirming any decisions made. When the car did arrive a delivery date was agreed. All paperwork was sent and I did not pay for the car until I had inspected it and taken it for a drive. All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them. The car I have bought is stunning!!
