1st time buying a car online the guys at uk car discount were first class in guiding me through the process decided to avoid the nationwide wait for new cars and picked a car out of the special offers and cars in stock , it was all done and dusted in about 2 weeks and a shiny new car was in my driveway even after paying a bit extra for trailered delivery to north east Scotland I was still saving a fair bit on dealer prices so one very happy dude so would I use again? absolutely !!! yes

A real easy process, decide which car you want to purchase, check prices on the internet & garages etc, then speak to these guys who will endeavour to save you £1000's. They keep you posted throughout and you pay once the car has been delivered and you are happy .. simple !!

I’ll try and keep this as balanced as possible. I ordered a supposed “stock” Fiesta at the end of March 22 for immediate delivery. Chased several times as no delivery date was confirmed and given a different delay story every time. No updates were ever forthcoming and I had to chase yet again at the beginning of May to be told they really had no idea when that particular vehicle would actually be available. An alternative stock vehicle of similar spec was then offered and finally delivered on 11th May. I was pleased with the price I paid but felt the service provided somewhat underwhelming and also disappointed that the car was delivered with an 8cm scratch on the driver’s door.

Excellent discount on our brand new Nissan Qashqai Tekna automatic. Our car was still awaiting a build date but Brian managed to source us the exact model that was available immediately. The car was delivered as promised and after a check of the vehicle we paid our final balance. We later noticed that one letter on the number plate was wrong. We rang Brian who arranged for the new plates to be sent to us from the garage (a genuine mistake by them) express delivery. Good to know that UK car discount are always on your side. This is my second new car from them and two of my friends have bought new cars from them after my recommendation. V5 document arrived 2 weeks after purchase. Can’t see why anyone would pay main dealership price!

I would come back and buy again anytime. Have read negatives in the reviews. Yes there was a long wait but who cares when you are saving cash. Be realistic. It’s the current chip shortage\Covid with all manufacturers.

Having never bought a car in this way before I had my reservations, well not now as this was one of the easiest and best ways I have ever used. I bought a VW Tiguan at a very good price and was quoted a reasonable 6 months delivery timescale. The car was delivered spot on when promised and delivered to my door. There were a number of calls and emails when it was ready giving me all I needed to complete the transaction and follow up call after delivery offering any assistance going forward if I need it. What can I say spot on service.

Purchased a Hyundai Tuscon; UK Car Discount have done what they said they would do and barring issues beyond their control, have done everything on time. Prices were very competitive, but the clincher was paying on delivery - many other companies want payment before you've seen the car. Although the car was undamaged it was grubby when it arrived so first ownership task is an inside clean, wash and polish. I would certainly recommend UK Car Discount and will buy again; just be aware that your new car will be driven some distance!

I admit we were nervous purchasing a car this way. We had always previously used the services of the local main dealers. But the service has been friendly and responsive and everything appeared to have been thought about in advance. My shiny new car is now sat proudly on my driveway!

First time ordering a new car with UK Car Discount,took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated,due to COVID lockdowns and chip shortages.All the team gave honest answers when I asked when delivery would be,when the car did arrive it was perfect and the payment transaction was done after I had inspected the vehicle.I would definitely recommend UKCD to anybody considering a new car.

Despite there being delivery delays currently across the industry they chased regularly for me and I have no doubt kept me better informed than a dealer would have. I have been monitoring UK Car Discount for a number of years so I felt reasonably confident in placing my order for a new car with them. Everything from start to finish was so easy and explained fully along the way.
