Twigby has been wonderful with the service they provide. We have not one issue since using them for a few years now. I would recommend Twigby for anyone, and the cost is one of the lowest available.

The representative Robin was great. She was very helpful and guided me in the areas that I needed help with. Twigby is a very good company- reasonable prices and the plans are great.

I literally cannot fathom why a person would go with any company other than Twigby. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and read this... I have been with Twigby for years. My old phone was screaming to die. I decided to put it out of it's misery and I just got my iPhone 14 which I bought off their site because I would never buy from anyone else. Their service it excellent and I wanted to ensure a smooth data transfer. Besides that, they offer the best prices, just as they do with data plans. And, just as suspected, I was able to get on chat, with a human being, who helped me get started. And from there, I had the absolute best experience with a Chat Agent named Annie. To give you an idea of why I did this, though I'm a systems analyst, I once accidentally wiped my old phone entirely. So it was help I wanted and it was remarkable help I received from Annie. Annie was knowledgable and smart, but better than that, she was warm and friendly and didn't make me feel stupid for needing help. I used to work for the government. I hired, I fired, I had to recommend lay offs. So when I say Annie is a cut above, I mean it. It's so rare to find that perfect mix of intelligence, kindness, and most importantly, the ability to convey that intelligence and outline instructions clearly. She deserves to be well compensated and given a path for growth. Because people like Annie, available in seconds flat, you are well on your way to wrapping things up. THIS is why I love Twigby. They truly have the best customer service. Yes, the phenomenal price plans are a huge plus, but for me, in this day and age? I want to be able to speak to someone. Get help. Not google for hours or chat with a bot. Think of it this way, ever try to call your bank? Did you get great help in seconds? In addition, I have Verizon internet because I get it for free AND it's a maddening, to get them on the phone because I don't have a cell plan with them. It's utterly nonsensical. Last time I needed help it was an entire afternoon of phone trees, "you don't have a plan" click, and finally getting someone only to be transferred endlessly. Not to mention, and this is IMPORTANT, people hesitate to go with smaller companies worried about whether or not they'll get good service in their home. Verizon calls them "Verizon Cell Towers". That is completely misleading. NO ONE OWNS CELL TOWERS! That is an antiquated model that is no longer used. It's been transitioned to leasing from independent towers none of the big companies own. So, companies, great ones like Twigby, use the EXACT SAME TOWERS giving you the EXACT SAME SERVICE. So, 1) incredible prices, 2) incredible help, and 3) incredible and identical same service as any and all big companies, such as Verizon. Why would you not sign up with Twigby? Just ... why? Every single person I've referred, which has been everyone I know, has switched and is grateful to both me and Twigby.

I am most difficult customer of year. And staff here help me enough. That says more than any TV commercial for medicine

I have chat with Annie and Andy several times now and both customer service techs have been not only helpful in completing my requests but have been extremely pleasant and friendly throughout. TWIGBY customer service is quite possibly the most exceptional customer service I have ever dealt with. 100x super thumbs up awesome people Highly recommend TWIGBY if for no reason other than their staff being fantastic at their jobs. Thank you TWIGBY staff especially Andy and Annie.

Tutorial videos from Twigby are very helpful and customer service with chat answers my additional questions immediately. I've referred others to Twigby and they have remarked on the instantaneous and helpful customer service.

Every time I have had to contact customer service which has been several times in the last 3 days. The reps have been extremely helpful and have helped resolve all my issues. My number is now active and I look forward to great connection with TWIGBY!

Robin was friendly and efficient. Honestly, that's what I'm used to with Twigby service, but it's nice to have a pleasant encounter every time.

I've had to use Live Chat three times in getting a new line and a phone activated, and I couldn't be happier. All three reps were helpful and pleasant, and really seemed to care. Annie, the last rep, got the phone activated when it looked like it was going to be incompatible, or corrupt, or whatever, and made my day. I've had a very good experience with Twigby from the beginning, AND they have great prices on their plans, with good coverage. Bang up job!

My problem was immediately remedied! Annie was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I am more than happy with my choice to go with Twigby. Great coverage and service. They also saved me a lot of money compared to my old plan. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Twigby was a Great Help with my issue with my phone by sending me a replacement SIM Card and I will look for it in the Mail soon... Thank You Very Much...

Pros: 1. You can keep your phone 2. No disruptions in unlimited talk or texting service 3. International calling plan is adequate
