Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently

Absolute conmen

Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Tulo is a great company to use

Tulo is a great company to use! I have never used customer service as I have never had an issue. I love how simple and easy to use the app is. I like the fact that all I have to do to submit meatera reading is to take a picture on my meters! Prices are great too! Highly recommend!

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent, when I requested credit on my account to be refunded, it was dealt with swiftly and promptly. The company always keep you up to date on energy price changes and your account information is easily accessible and presented in an understandable format. Energy prices are very competitive, I have saved well over Β£100 a month on my energy bills by switching to Tulo.
