Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

I am a new customer and as such do not have much to go on. The customer service has been good so far with clear guidance and quick response to queries. I have given my first meter readings today and we will see how it goes.
Very easy to set up, easy to submit metre readings and a great price all round. Would recommend!
So far, so good. Easy to switch. Someone actually answered my call within a few rings, when I had a query. One of the newer energy firms, but from what I have read online, lots of experience in the energy market. The unit price is variable but very well priced and prices are still under the control of Ofgem, anyway.
I have only just changed to Tulo Energy but, my experience so far, has been very positive. The change over went very well and my communications have been responded to promptly and effectively, in a friendly manner. The website appears to be excellent and, in these hard times of soaring energy costs, I will be saving money! So far so, very, good....
