Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

The Tula team did what they can to help me overcome the problem I have with my old smart metre. Also gave clear advance warning of monthly charge increase for next year.
I have some difficulty reading the electric meter because it is an old one with cogs/wheels. If it was a number like the gas one it would be a 5 rating
Responsive and efficient service. Fast reimbursement if over paid on energy. Good website and easy to submit meter readings.
Communication is easy and the tariffs are reasonable in comparison. Statements are also easy to read and understand.
We moved to Tulo more than a year ago from another provider and they transition was smooth. Tulo is transparent about it's prices and it provides adequate notice related to tariff modifications. The Tulo portal is also fairly intuitive allowing for daily usage monitoring, downloads, and help.
No issues and regular rate changes tracking wholesale supply prices. 200998.
Easy switch from OVO to Tulo. Simple to use website. Clear pricing. So far so good. Oh and great savings!
